Department of Sports Sciences

Admission and Registration Requirements: High school diploma, getting enough points from the university exam conducted by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM), Not being registered in another higher education institution. The students who will be admitted to our Department by our faculty are placed with the "Special Talent Exam" held in accordance with the Special Talent Exam and Selection Method principles of the Higher Education Institutions Exam Guide.

Graduation Requirements: The courses and the number of credits required to graduate from the program are prepared within the framework of the instructions specified by the Higher Education Institution and the trainer education regulation. In order for our students to graduate from the program, they will have the right to graduate if they take at least 240 ECTS amount specified in the program after 4 years (8 semesters) of education and if they achieve the competencies stated previously in the program.

Employment Opportunities: Individuals who graduate from Coaching Education undergraduate programs have a wide range of employment opportunities in both public institutions and private sectors. At the beginning of the public institutions, as a trainer within the General Directorate of Youth and Sports and in provincial / district organizations, While employed with various titles (expert, trainer, academician, etc.) in higher education institutions, In private sectors, sports clubs, healthy life and fitness centers, private schools, coach fitness leader , conditioner etc. can be employed in positions.

Transition to Higher Degree Programs: All students who successfully complete the 4-year undergraduate program can apply to graduate education programs (Thesis-Non-Thesis Master's, Doctorate) by meeting the other specified conditions.
