The Faculty of Sports Sciences Participated in the SDU Awards and Academic Attire Ceremony

Süleyman Demirel University held a meaningful awards and academic attire ceremony at the Prof. Dr. M. Lütfü Çakmakçı Cultural Center for personnel who stood out in academic and social contribution activities in 2023 and for academics who have shown career advancement.

As a result of the award committee's work:

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hulusi Alp received the “Academic Performance” award in the Sports Sciences category for general status.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdullah Yavuz Akıncı received the “Most Cited” award in the Sports Sciences category for general status.
Research Assistant Murat Çimen received the “Academic Performance” award in the Sports Sciences category for those under 35.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Berat Koçyiğit was awarded the “Most Cited” award in the Sports Sciences category.
Additionally, those who advanced in their careers and received appointments in 2023, including Prof. Dr. Mehmet Kumartaşlı, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tahir Kılıç, Assoc. Prof. Dr. İbrahim Kubilay Türkay, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kenan Işıldak, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Berat Koçyiğit, Dr. Emrah Yılmaz, and Dr. Aydın Karabulak, were dressed in academic attire by Prof. Dr. Mehmet Saltan.
