Addiction Prevention Commission Holds First Meeting

The Addiction Prevention Commission, established within the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Süleyman Demirel University, held its first meeting. During the meeting, information was provided on the concept of addiction and types of addiction, and awareness campaigns that could be conducted to combat addiction, particularly among young people, were discussed. Commission members shared their views and suggestions regarding training, seminars, and awareness activities that could be carried out within the scope of addiction prevention, and evaluations were made on the work that could be carried out within the faculty.
