ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING MAKE-UP EXAMINATIONS

Procedures concerning make-up examinations are conducted within the framework of the provisions set forth in the Süleyman Demirel University Regulation on Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examinations.
Article 33, Paragraph 3 of the aforementioned Regulation states:
"Students are required to submit an application, along with supporting documentation, to the relevant academic unit within the first five business days following the end of the period covered by their excuse."
Furthermore, Paragraph 4 of the same Article stipulates:
"For in-term academic requirements, if an excuse is accepted by the relevant administrative board, the make-up assessment shall be conducted—based on the method, location, date, and time determined by the instructor—prior to the commencement of the final (end-of-term) examinations."
In this context, all processes regarding make-up examinations must be carried out in accordance with the aforementioned regulatory provisions. Students must be informed that they are required to submit their applications, accompanied by the necessary documentation, to their respective academic units within the first 5 (five) business days following the end of the period covered by their excuse. Additionally, all make-up examination processes must be completed before the final (end-of-term) examinations begin.
