Faculty of Sports Sciences Bids Farewell to 2025-2026 Academic Year Graduates

The Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Sports Sciences 2025-2026 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony was held with the participation of academic and administrative staff, students, families, and guests.

Following a moment of silence and the National Anthem, the ceremony began with a speech by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Hulusi Alp, to the graduating students. In his speech, he expressed his belief that the graduating students would make significant contributions to the country and Turkish sports as successful individuals in their academic and professional lives.

During the ceremony, certificates of achievement were presented to the students who achieved top grades in their departments.

In the Physical Education and Sports Department, Gözde Yayla came first, Hasan Güler second, and Rabia Demirbaş third; while in the Coaching Education Department, Hatice Yalvaç came first, Runak Tekin second, and Burak Halit Tuğ third. In the Department of Sports Management, Fatma Uslu graduated first, Esmanur Tunç second, and Münevver Torbalı third. In terms of faculty rankings, Hasan Güler came third, Fatma Uslu second, and Gözde Yayla first. Certificates of achievement and plaques were presented by the Vice Dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Olcay Salici, Vice Dean Prof. Dr. Gürhan Suna, and Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Hulusi Alp. Following a speech by Gözde Yayla, the top student, on behalf of the graduates, a plaque-placing ceremony was held. The program concluded with the graduation oath and the traditional cap-throwing ceremony.
