Inclusive Sports Enthusiasm on April 23

The "23 April National Sovereignty and Children's Day Barrier-Free Sports Competitions Event," organized in collaboration between Süleyman Demirel University Disability Application and Research Center and Associate Professor Dr. Hulusi ALP from the Department of Physical Education and Sports at the Faculty of Sports Sciences, was held. The event, held as part of the 23 April National Sovereignty and Children's Day celebrations, aimed to support the participation of individuals with special needs in social life and to utilize the unifying power of sport. Members of the Karınca Association and the Özel Yürekler Public Education Center participated in the event. Participants competed fiercely in table tennis, darts, swimming, and athletics. The competitions, which were filled with exciting moments, provided individuals with special needs the opportunity to showcase their talents and experience the joy of 23 April. At the end of the event, certificates of appreciation were presented to all participants.
