Sports Management Department faculty member Prof. Osman Pepe achieved significant academic success with her article titled “The Mediatory Role of Challenge and Threat in the Relationship Between Positive Thinking Skills and Perception of Excellent Performance: A Study on Football Players,” published in the internationally respected journal Frontiers in Psychology (Q1) in 2025.
