SDU Receives Award at TÜSF International University Sports Day

The “International University Sports Day TÜSF Promotion and Award Night”, organized by the Turkish University Sports Federation (TÜSF), was held on October 16, 2025, at the İtri Congress and Cultural Center of Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University with a large attendance.

At the ceremony, Süleyman Demirel University (SDU) was honored with an award for being among the universities that participated in the most activities during the 2024–2025 academic year and for its contributions to university sports.

The award was received on behalf of SDU by University Secretary General Dr. Musa Denizhan Ulusan, presented by Seher Yılmaz, a 2nd-year student of the Faculty of Sport Sciences Coaching Education Department and a National Taekwondo Athlete.

Representing our university at the event were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Olcay Salici, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Sport Sciences, and Gültaze Gül, Head of the Department of Health, Culture and Sports.

This meaningful night once again highlighted Süleyman Demirel University’s dedication to university sports and the pride brought by its students’ athletic achievements.
