Teaching Practice Meeting Held in the Department of Physical Education and Sports

As part of the “Teaching Practice” course, administrators and physical education teachers from practice schools met with the academic staff of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Teaching on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 16:30 at the Süleyman Demirel University Guesthouse.

During the meeting, Vice Dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Olcay Salici delivered a presentation providing information on the faculty’s accreditation and quality processes.

Additionally, details regarding the Teaching Practice Guideline were shared, covering the processes, rules, and key points to consider in practice schools. The importance of students’ active participation in classes under the guidance of their mentor teachers, gaining hands-on teaching experience, and ensuring regular attendance monitoring throughout the practice period was emphasized.
