The Faculty of Sports Sciences Participated in the Workshop on the Directive Regarding Application, Appointment, and Promotion Criteria for Faculty Member Positions.

In the workshop organized to improve the application, appointment, and promotion criteria for faculty member positions at Süleyman Demirel University, the Sports Sciences Core Field was strongly represented. The session, moderated by Assoc. Prof. Olcay Salici, was attended by Assoc. Prof. Mahmut Alp, Assoc. Prof. Osman Pepe, Assoc. Prof. Berat Koçyiğit, Res. Asst. Murat Çimen, and Res. Asst. Gül Bahar Bayıroğlu. During the workshop, criteria for the appointment and promotion of Assistant Professors, Associate Professors, and Professors in the Sports Sciences Core Field were discussed, and improvement suggestions were deliberated. These contributions were considered a significant step towards enhancing the academic standards of our faculty.
