Training on “Artificial Intelligence from the Perspective of Sports Sciences” Held at Our Faculty of Sports Sciences

As part of the “2026 Training for Trainers Program”—organized within the scope of quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives at the Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Sports Sciences—a training session titled “Artificial Intelligence from the Perspective of Sports Sciences” was conducted. The topic was selected based on feedback received from participants following the “First Aid Awareness Training” held in 2025, as well as the results of the “2026 Training for Trainers Topic Preference Survey.” “Artificial Intelligence from the Perspective of Sports Sciences,” which emerged as the most preferred topic in the survey, was subsequently incorporated into this year’s training program. The session, led by Research Assistant Dr. Yasin Güzel from the Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Education, explored the potential applications of artificial intelligence technologies within the field of sports sciences and the contributions they can offer to teaching and learning processes. Planned in alignment with the perspectives of stakeholders, this event made a significant contribution toward fostering a culture of quality within the faculty, supporting the professional competencies of academic staff, and strengthening the commitment to continuous improvement.
