Transfer Application Procedures for the 2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester Based on Central Placement Score (Additional Article-1)
In accordance with Annex Article 1 of the Regulation on the Principles of Transfer Between Associate and Bachelor's Degree Programs, Double Major, Minor and Inter-institutional Credit Transfer in Higher Education Institutions, the necessary documents, application and evaluation calendar for students who will transfer to our University are specified below, and applications will be made ONLINE through the address provided. Applications with missing documents and non-compliant declarations will not be considered.

4- Transcript and Course Content (For the Faculty of Medicine, these will be uploaded during the application process)

FINAL REGISTRATION PROCESS

NOTE: The required documents for final registration must be delivered in person to the registered unit no later than September 25, 2026.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR FINAL REGISTRATION
In addition to the application documents:
1- Passport-sized photographs (2 copies)
2- For male students who have completed 28 years of age, a document showing that they have no military obligation.
3- For students transferring to evening programs, a bank receipt showing payment of tuition fees (to our university) (to be paid after obtaining the student number during registration)
4- A document stating that there is no obstacle to the transfer (Library and Documentation Department, Health, Culture and Sports Department, Faculty and Higher School, etc.), movable materials registered in the records (books, devices, etc.)
5- Transcript and Course Content (will be requested from students requesting course exemptions)
6- If applicable, a certificate of successful completion/exemption certificate for the compulsory preparatory class/scientific preparatory class.
