"Workplace-Based Vocational Training" (İŞME) Information Meeting Held for Sports Management Students

An information meeting regarding "Workplace-Based Vocational Training" (İŞME) was held for final-year students of the Sports Management Department at the Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Sports Sciences.
During the meeting, detailed information was provided to ensure students could carry out the İŞME process in a planned, organized manner and in accordance with the relevant guidelines. Topics covered included the preparation and completion of the İŞME file, the compilation of daily activity reports, the tracking of attendance records, submission deadlines for files and documents, and key points to consider during the practical training period.
Additionally, explanations were given regarding the rules, duties, responsibilities, task allocations, attendance requirements, and the general workflow of the İŞME process at the host institutions. The importance of coordination among the student, the workplace, and the department was emphasized, and information was provided on the steps to be followed throughout the process.
In the latter part of the meeting, students' questions regarding the İŞME program, the file preparation process, submission procedures, and potential situations that might arise during the practical training were answered, and necessary clarifications were made.
